Who are we?
As our name says (“evime” means “to my home” in Turkish), we bring the service to your home. You don’t need to carry a broken appliance anywhere: our technician comes to your address, diagnoses the fault on site and in most cases repairs it on the same visit.
How we work
- Transparent pricing: you are told the price before the repair and nothing is done without your approval.
- Guarantee: replaced parts and labour come with a written guarantee.
- Clean work: we protect the work area and leave it clean when we finish.
- Honest advice: if a repair is not economical, we tell you so.
- English welcome: you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp in English.
