Our combi boiler services

  • Combi boiler repair: Ignition, pump, fan, three-way valve, sensor and electronic board faults.
  • Radiator flushing: Machine cleaning of the sediment and sludge built up in the system, so radiators that weren't heating work efficiently again.
  • Pressure and pipework checks: Leak detection, bleed valve and valve checks.

Why does boiler pressure drop?

Ideally, boiler pressure should be between 1.2 and 1.5 bar when cold. If the pressure keeps dropping, there may be a small leak in the pipework or radiators, too little air in the expansion vessel or a fault in the pressure relief valve. You can raise the pressure temporarily with the filling tap under the boiler, but if it keeps happening, the problem won't be solved until the source is found.

If there's no hot water from the boiler

If the radiators heat up but no hot water comes from the tap, the problem is usually caused by the three-way valve, flow sensor or plate heat exchanger. Limescale in the plate heat exchanger is common throughout Aydın, where hard water is widespread.

When should a combi boiler be serviced?

A combi boiler should be serviced once a year, before the heating season starts (September–October). Regular servicing lowers fuel consumption, reduces the risk of breakdowns and keeps the boiler running safely.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a combi boiler service take?

A standard combi boiler service takes about 1 hour. If radiator flushing is included, it can take 2–3 hours depending on the number of radiators.

What should the boiler pressure be?

When the boiler is cold, the pressure should be between 1.2 and 1.5 bar. It is normal for it to rise to around 2 bar while running; if it goes above 3 bar, call a technician.

My boiler is showing an error code. What should I do?

You can reset the boiler once. If the error comes back, send us the code and the boiler's brand; our technician will arrive prepared.

Is radiator flushing necessary?

If your radiators are hot at the top and cold at the bottom, or are slow to heat up, sediment has built up in the system. Radiator flushing speeds up heating and saves fuel.
