Our air conditioning services
- Air conditioning servicing: Indoor unit filter and coil cleaning, outdoor unit condenser washing, drain line check, gas pressure measurement and electrical connection check.
- Refrigerant (gas) recharge: First the leak is located and repaired, then the system is vacuumed and recharged with the amount of refrigerant (R32, R410A, R22) shown on the unit's label.
- Air conditioner installation and removal: When you move house or buy a new air conditioner, we install it with copper pipework, vacuuming and a leak-tightness test.
- Air conditioner repair: Board, compressor, fan motor, sensor and remote control faults.
Why does an air conditioner stop cooling?
If your air conditioner isn't cooling, the most common causes are a dirty filter, low refrigerant, a dirty outdoor unit and a sensor fault. You can take the filter out and wash it yourself. If cooling is still weak with a clean filter, there may be a gas leak or a compressor problem; in that case, calling a technician rather than straining the unit for a long time protects the compressor.
How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
For normal home use, servicing is recommended once a year; for heavily used workplaces and holiday homes, twice a year. In seaside places such as Didim and Kuşadası, salty air corrodes the aluminium fins on the outdoor unit; regular washing and preventive maintenance noticeably extend the life of the air conditioner.
Pre-season check for holiday-home air conditioners
In holiday-home air conditioners left unused over the winter, dust and mould build up in the filters and the drain line can become blocked. A service before the season opens both prevents bad smells and reduces electricity consumption. If you are away from your holiday home, we can plan the service with a key handover.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an air conditioning service take?
A standard service on a single split air conditioner takes about 45–60 minutes. It may take longer if the outdoor unit is difficult to reach.
Does an air conditioner need a gas recharge every year?
No. An air conditioner works on a sealed circuit, so if there is no leak the refrigerant doesn't run low. If the gas is low, the leak must first be found and fixed, and only then should the system be recharged.
Water is dripping from the indoor unit. What should I do?
Usually the drain hose is blocked or the unit has been mounted at a tilt. Switch the air conditioner off and call us; we will clean the drain line and, if necessary, level the unit.
Do you install air conditioners?
Yes. We carry out new air conditioner installations, removal and refitting when you move, and relocations, all with vacuuming and a leak-tightness test.
