Making your Demirdöküm air conditioner last longer

How long does a Demirdöküm air conditioner service take?
A standard service of one Demirdöküm split unit (filter and coil cleaning, outdoor unit wash, drain and refrigerant pressure check) takes about 45–60 minutes.
Do you regas Demirdöküm air conditioners?
Yes. We first carry out a leak test and repair any leak, then evacuate the system and recharge it with the refrigerant type (R32, R410A or R22) and amount shown on the unit’s nameplate.
My Demirdöküm air conditioner is not cooling — what should I do?
First check the indoor unit filter and wash and dry it if dirty. If cooling is still weak with a clean filter, it may be low refrigerant, a dirty outdoor unit or a sensor/board fault. Don’t keep running it — call us on +90 256 503 48 80.
Is Evime Servis the authorised Demirdöküm service?
No. Evime Servis is an independent private technical service and is not an authorised service of Demirdöküm. If your unit is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the Demirdöküm authorised service first; we service and repair units that are out of warranty.
